  1. Mifa Teaching Program
    The implementation of this program is divided into 2 levels, namely, the preschool/kindergarten and the elementary school level. At this level, PT Mifa Bersaudara employees introduce students to the coal industry early on through games and props.
  1. Mifa Goes To School Program
    At this stage of the program, the school levels that are the focus of activities are junior high school and high school / vocational school levels. In this process, MIFA introduced the coal industry and its benefits for the progress of Aceh. Read the career opportunities available and how to become a coal mining expert (professional). The method of discussion and experience sharing is a session that is favored by students because it can mobilize students’ interest to further explore their ideals by taking into account their personal capacity and the opportunities available.
  1. Mifa Goes To Campus Program
    Students are a dynamic generation with a "critical" soul. Therefore, MIFA tries to enter into a "critical" soul in order to polarize the thoughts, assumptions and opinions of students so that they remain in the positive thinking range, especially about the existence of MIFA mining in Aceh. Mifa Goes To Campus aims to introduce the coal industry as one of the supports of the national economy, sharing tips for success in achieving careers and the future, especially in the coal industry.
  1. Vocational Training
    It is more than formal education at school and university that is required to become an expert in the mining industry. The productive age generation, aged 19 to 30, needs to be equipped with special skills to land a job. MIFA opens job opportunities by facilitating job seekers through skills training, such as:
      • Heavy equipment operator training for Ring I youth;
      • Training in collaboration with the West Aceh District Manpower Office.
  1. Field School
    This field school aims to teach the community about agriculture and animal husbandry. The determination of the field school is not random, but it must consider the conditions of the area, land, potential, and human resources in the MIFA assisted villages. In this field school, participants not only learn the theory but also real life practice through the observation process from the beginning to the end. There are 5 (five) field schools fostered by MIFA, including:
    1. Farming Field School;
    2. Alternative Animal Feed Field School;
    3. Organic Fertilizer Field School;
    4. Duck Farming Field School; and

Therefore, MIFA hopes that the region’s youth will be able to manage the existing natural resources so that they can make the best contribution to the region in general and to themselves in particular.
